Geotechnical Engineering
and Consultancy
Geotechnical engineering specialises in the behaviour of earth materials and any part of a structure that is placed on or under the ground.
For many construction projects, geotechnical specialists are the first engineering professionals to become involved.
Before any design work proceeds, we assess the ground where the work is to be undertaken and determine the underlying geology. This involves the study of soil and rock mechanics to analyse slopes, retaining structures, ground bearing, natural hazard risks and design foundations critical for New Zealand conditions.
Our expertise ensures the reliability, and resilience, of infrastructure and your building projects.
you need RDA Consulting.
